Castello Di San Marco Charming Hotel & Spa, Calatabiano

I was delighted with my stay at the hotel. The rooms were charming as advertised with a lovely Etna view terrace and the biggest shower I've ever seen, set in beautiful gardens. The service was incredibly friendly, especially with pets Mali and Zoltan. The location, although needing a car to get around, offered stunning views and a poolside restaurant serving excellent lunches. The dining experience, held in a lovely courtyard, had its ups and downs. Overall, a great experience with a few minor hiccups.

The hotel felt like a private little city with cozy bungalow-style rooms next to the castle. The service, especially from the staff, was delightful with exceptional attentiveness. The location in the amazing park was beautiful, although a bit disappointing being next to the beach. The dining experience, while a treat, lacked traditional Sicilian options. Overall, a unique experience in the Fairy tale Castello di San Marco.

The hotel rooms are large and clean, and the reception staff is very friendly. The rooms are well-appointed with outside terraces, but the room's decor was out of kilter with the rest of the hotel.

Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms, located at the back of the grounds, were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The service from the staff was exceptional, with a genuine willingness to assist in every aspect. The location, within easy reach of Taormina and Etna, offered peaceful surroundings to relax. The dining options were decent but could use some improvements. The facilities provided added convenience to my stay at a reasonable price point.
